Women have a lot at stake as the Supreme Court considers multiple challenges to the Affordable Care Act, the most important advance in health care in decades. The ACA includes many provisions that specifically benefit women, like contraceptive coverage without cost-sharing and an important prohibition against charging women higher premiums. Read more »
