The 2012 National NOW Conference is shaping up to be a wonderful weekend, and we're excited that you'll be joining us. We wanted to take a moment to share some logistical information that will help you arrive at the hotel and check in smoothly.

And remember: It's not too late to invite friends along to enjoy the conference with you. Although online registration has closed, they can always register on site.

Getting to the Hotel
The Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport is our conference hotel, and is located at 1739 West Nursery Road, Linthicum Heights, MD 20190. Driving directions as well as other information about getting to the hotel can be found on our website.

Picking Up Your Badge
Conference registration and credentialing will be open during the following hours:
  » Thursday, 7pm - 9pm
  » Friday, 8am - 8pm
  » Saturday, 8am - 6:45pm
  » Sunday, 9:30am - 12:30pm

To expedite the registration process, please bring your NOW membership card, a copy of your online registration receipt, and/or a photo ID. If you do not have your membership card, please bring either proof of payment for your membership (i.e. a voided check and/or credit card statement) or the mailing label from a recent NOW mailing you received (such as the conference postcard). When you collect your badge, you will also receive your conference packet and program book.

If you are new to NOW conferences, you should attend the NOW 101 session on Saturday from 8:00am - 8:45am. Signs will be posted on site with the suite number for this informative session.

Program Information
You don't have to wait until you get your program book to plan what you want to do at the conference. Much of the conference program can be found online, but please note that it is still subject to change.
