Rally with NOW for Affirmative Action
This Wednesday, Oct. 10, the U.S. Supreme Court will begin hearing oral arguments in Fisher v. University of Texas. This case will decide the constitutionality of the university's affirmative action policy and may ultimately determine whether qualified students from diverse backgrounds will have access to educational opportunity and a fair chance to achieve their potential.
