National NOW Conference
July 2-4, 2010
Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers
The 2010 National NOW Conference is shaping up to be a wonderful weekend, and we're excited that you'll be joining us. We wanted to take a moment to remind you about some logistical information to help you arrive at the hotel and pick up your conference badge smoothly.
It's not too late to invite friends along to enjoy the conference with you -- although online registration has closed, they can always register on site.

Getting to the Hotel
There are many ways to get to the Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers (located at 50 Park Plaza at Arlington Street), whether you prefer taking a taxi, using public transportation, or driving yourself. More information about getting to the hotel can be found on our website.
Picking Up Your Badge
Conference registration and credentialing will be open during the following hours:
Thursday: 7pm - 9pm
Friday: 7:30 am - 8pm
Saturday: 7:30 am - 6pm
Sunday: 9:30 am - 12 pm
To expedite the registration process, please bring your NOW membership card, a copy of your online registration receipt and/or a photo ID. If you do not have your membership card, please bring either proof of payment for your membership (i.e. a voided check and/or credit card statement) or the copy of your last National NOW Times. When you collect your badge, you will also receive your conference packet and program book.
If you are new to NOW conferences, the first stop after you register should be the NOW 101 session -- from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM on both Friday and Saturday. Signs will be posted on site with the suite number for this informative session.
You don't have to wait until you get your program book to plan what you want to do at the conference. Much of the conference program can be found online, but please note that it is still subject to change.
You can also connect with other conference attendees online, either by RSVPing to the Facebook event or by following the hashtag #now10 or NationalNOW on Twitter.
