Today the Supreme Court heard arguments in Wal-Mart v. Dukes, the largest employment class-action suit in U.S. history. The company's challenge seeks to halt the case, which represents more than 1.5 million women, before it even gets to trial. Read more.

Conservatives want to severely cut Social Security, even though it has nothing to do with the deficit. NOW is pushing for the Social Security Protection Amendment that says "Hands off Social Security!" Take action today!
Sign NOW's petition to President Obama asking him to stand up to the enemies of Social Security and forcefully oppose schemes to cut and privatize the program. While he's at it, the president should back measures to strengthen the system for those who depend upon it the most. Sign the petition!
