Women deserve equal pay!

It's time for Congress to pass the Paycheck Fairness Act! When passed, this act will require employers to prove that pay disparities are based on bona fide factors such as education, training or experience and not sex, prohibit retaliation against employees who ask about wage practices or disclose their own pay, and strengthen penalties for equal pay violations.
